Shipping and Return Policy

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email monike@omeink.art with your order confirmation email as quickly as possible. A refund will be provided If your order has already shipped, please see the “shipping and returns” portion for instructions.

Damaged or Broken Shipments

Shipped items are packed carefully and securely. Arrival of any broken or damaged items may be eligibile for a refund. Send a picture of the broken item to monike@omeink.art to initiate a refund.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping rates are automatically calculated by weight ranges and box sizes at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items can be returned within 7 days in the original packaging and wrapping. Please wrap items as carefully as they arrived - Ceramics are fragile! Once the return is accepted, the amount of the item will be refunded to your method of payment. Consider using a tracking service for your return to ensure delivery. Items arriving for return without original packaging or with the incurrence of damage or breakage will not be accepted.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges or gift cards are not available at this time.

Refunds are considered when items arrive to the customer in a broken or damaged state. Refunds are also provided upon the return of the original item without the incurrence of damage or breakage. All refunds are provided to the original payment method. Shipping costs to and from the customer are not refundable.

General

Lack of compliance with any of the above conditions may result in my right to refuse the return or to impose different or additional conditions.
